Shreya has over 5 years of experience in Executive Search specialising in sectors like Manufacturing, Consumer products and services, Real Estate, Industrial and Technology. Through her career she has conducted extensive searches across North America, India, and parts of Europe. Prior to joining StoneWood Group, Shreya started her career with Transearch India, a global Executive Search firm headquartered in Europe.

At StoneWood Group, Shreya works as a Research Consultant where she is heavily invested in the research practice. She believes her key strengths include patience and an innate ability to identify and assess candidates that comes from an in-depth understanding of the client’s requirements.

Shreya holds a Bachelor’s in Arts and has completed her Master’s in Industrial Psychology from the University of Mumbai. When not at work, Shreya enjoys travelling, catching up on movies and creating digital art.
