SCOPE OF POSITION

Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, Client is looking for a highly organized, detailed, and results oriented individual to join our Marketing Communications team. In this role you will plan, organize, and manage robust marketing with specific focus on outbound lead generation through email campaigns and events. Our campaigns deliver on the Company objectives and support our brand positioning. Your experience in a marketing role will be essential to your success. Your high energy, enthusiasm, understanding of marketing and sales combined with your ability to develop strong cross functional relationships will be essential in this role.

Candidates for this position are expected to initiate and manage all aspects of lead generation, lead nurturing and lead management, including the management of all marketing campaigns and events and the lead management process as it evolves to include lead nurturing.

FUNCTIONAL TASKS

The successful candidate will bring a demonstrated ability to:

• Plan, measure, and track success and financial performance by campaign and by event
• Identify ongoing gaps and recommendations
• Lead the design, brief, communication, approval, architecture, development, adoption and execution of campaigns and events
• Develop programs, including comprehensive objectives, business requirements, business cases, execution plans, and identification of critical success factors for events
• Flawless execution on campaign management and events: delivering on-time and on-budget projects with measurable results
• Timely post mortem analysis of each program with the goal to refine and improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide creative and pro-active solutions to outbound lead generation and overall lead management and nurturing
• Create the text for each campaign, and tailor the messages for each audience while being consistent with overall messaging, follow-up, analysis and recommendations
• Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns
• Manage all aspects of events
• Execute the lead nurturing process

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

The following indicates specific industry, academic and functional experience/qualifications that are important to the successful achievement of the identified responsibilities and performance deliverables:
• A diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
• Three to five years of related experience working in a fast-paced, results orientated environment
• Proficiency in: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) tools
• Experience with a CRM system
• Experience with a campaign management application
• Intimate knowledge of mass marketing as a discipline and best practices
• Proven campaign management skills, and event management skills
• Effective interpersonal and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
