Scope of Position
After a number of acquisitions and subsequent period of integration, our client’s Board of Directors is now seeking a growth-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization. The primary mandate is to build a high-performance enterprise level revenue engine, enabling the company to scale past its current $50M+ revenue baseline.
The CEO will assume full P&L responsibility for the global enterprise, driving the strategic, operational, and continued integration of the company’s operations. The successful candidate will complete the transition of the organization from an acquisition-led model to a disciplined, organic growth engine, cross-selling services and solutions across their international footprint.
As the primary architect of the company’s commercial strategy, the CEO will institutionalize a mature enterprise process-oriented sales culture, align international offices, and effectively communicate the company’s unified value proposition to clients, partners, and public market investors.

Functional Tasks
- Work with the Board of Directors and members of the senior management team to refine the strategic and operating plans, priorities and options.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure the timely implementation and execution of the business and financial plans.
- Ensure that organizational capacity is in place by which to deliver on the company’s plans.
- Architect the organization ensuring that it has in place the human resources, processes and operational capabilities by which to scale and the corporate culture to outperform.
- Provide ongoing direction, performance management and developmental support to the team. Continue to build world-class capabilities. Focus the team to accelerate and drive the growth of the business, new market development, sector leadership and profitability.
- Drive the revenue build process with substantive growth as the goal. Refine and align the sales organization and processes to that goal.
- Maintain, improve, and create senior level relationships with existing and potential customers and strategic partners.
- Ensure operational milestones are met on time, with high quality – and that they meet the cost objectives that are established; report on a monthly as well as a quarterly basis.
- Remain abreast of the industry, competitors and trends with a view to ensuring that all alliance, acquisition and investment opportunities are considered and the most attractive pursued.
- Report regularly and proactively to the Board of Directors on results and plans going forward.
- Adapt business model to capitalize on evolving customer needs and new competitive offerings.
- Develop and implement a roadmap that incorporates customer feedback and ensures competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Preferred Experience / Education
The following indicates specific industry, academic and functional experience/qualifications that are important to the successful achievement of the identified responsibilities and performance deliverables.
- Proven Scale CEO/CRO: A track record of success as a CEO or CRO within a global technology, data analytics, or AI/IT services enterprise, with a history of scaling organizations from $50M to $150M+.
- International Acumen: Proven experience managing cross-border operations, with a strong understanding of navigating distinct business cultures across geographies
- Revenue-First Mindset: A commercial leader who understands how to build, discipline, and scale enterprise sales organizations, structure complex tech-services deals, and shift organizations toward recurring software revenues.
- Public Market Fluency: Experience leading a publicly traded micro-cap/small-cap company—or operating as a senior executive within a larger public corporation—is highly preferred. Should understand public governance, compliance, and capital markets.
- Willingness to Travel: Global footprint requires a leader who is highly mobile, enthusiastic about being on the ground with international teams, and ready to travel extensively.
