Scope of Position:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced and established lawyer to work within its Advocacy department. The ideal candidate will have 15 + years of General Litigation practice with a focus on Commercial Litigation. Areas of focus include General Commercial Disputes, Bankruptcy & Insolvency, Construction and Municipal law.
The ideal candidate will have a complete or partial transferable practice and will help lead the commercial litigation practice. This is an ideal position for someone who wishes to be supported as they continue to expand their practice, raise their profile in national capital region, increase their ability to service their current clients and ameliorate their advocacy skills in one of Ottawa’s most collegial and supportive team environments.
