Greg Boyle opened StoneWood Group’s Ottawa office in 2000, following a highly successful 25-year career in telecommunications and high-tech leadership roles. As a former President and CEO, Greg’s knowledge of running technology firms and his global market experience has enabled StoneWood Group to become a premier executive search firm in the Ottawa-Gatineau Region.
In keeping with StoneWood’s ability to always be on the leading edge, Greg led the Ottawa office’s entry into the Cleantech sector, filling several executive positions, from complex senior technology roles through to C-level placements, and making StoneWood the search firm of choice in this rapidly evolving sector.
Greg is often sought out by the Ottawa media as a spokesman for the technology sector, and has been instrumental in organizing invitational seminars on topical issues of the day. With a passion for leadership, a vision for the future and a strong social commitment, he championed the development of a unique student awards and internship program with the business schools of Carleton University and University of Ottawa. It rewards excellence in business leadership and cultivates future leaders. Greg is also an executive member of the TEB committee of OCRI.

Following a successful 25-year entrepreneurial career, EA Clarke joined StoneWood Group as a partner. As a former senior executive and CEO of his own company, EA understands the fundamentals of a successful business, and is well positioned to identify and qualify high calibre executive talent for his clients.
During his career, he has been involved in acquisitions, private placements, strategic partnerships and IPOs. He has also been a corporate director, shareholder and founder of companies involved in the high-tech market space.
EA has leveraged the early success of the Ottawa practice, incorporating large multinational customers as cornerstones of the practice’s growth. His executive search consulting experience spans engagements ranging from President & Chief Executive Officer to a variety of Vice Presidential and other senior-level executive positions.
In addition, EA has spearheaded StoneWood Group’s success in the Not-for-Profit market, and continues to provide leadership for this community as a current member of Campaign Cabinet for the United Way.

A native of Philadelphia, Dave King has 25 years of international operational experience in the technology sector. As an executive in multinationals and early stage companies, Dave has built teams in Europe, Asia and North America, and has worked at classified sites around the world. Dave is spearheading the firm's Cleantech practice.
Having held COO and VP-level roles in Sales, Product Management, Marketing and Business Development — along with hardware and software engineering positions — Dave combines his business and technical expertise with a strong global network. As a post-bubble start-up founder with tier-one success, he understands the skills needed for early-stage growth. Having managed a team spread across 11 countries, he also knows the leadership required to scale a global organization.
Dave holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from Queen's University and an M.B.A. from the University of Ottawa. Outside of work, Dave enjoys cooking and travelling with his wife and three teenagers. He is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute and recently climbed Mount Kilimanjaro with his family.

John Wandell is leading the expansion of StoneWood Group into Quebec. He has extensive senior-level experience with small, medium and large companies, primarily within the technology arena. With a background in sales, marketing, business development and operational leadership, and as a former CEO of several organizations, he has hands on experience with venture capital markets, mergers and acquisitions. John personally led a public offering (IPO), and served on a variety of private and public Boards.
John has received local and national recognition and awards for previous accomplishments. A large measure of his success revolved around the identification, recruitment and development of superior individuals and teams.
He is a graduate of McGill University, and was a former Knowledge Advisor for the Queen’s Centre for Enterprise Development (QCED) at Queen’s University. John speaks both official languages.
