The second is a unique antenna pattern measurement system that designers use to optimize antenna designs in their lab in real time. Scope of Position
Faced with a variety of high potential opportunities, the company now seeks a proven individual to provide both the strategic and tactical leadership to successfully position the company for growth. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will leverage the company’s momentum and market opportunities to drive profitable growth.
Functional Tasks
• Work with the board and members of the team to develop and execute the strategic direction. Activities shall include focusing the company’s existing market plans, expanding and improving its penetration into related markets such as production test, competitive positioning, partnering strategies and overall strategic roadmap.
• Maintain, improve, create senior level relationships with existing and potential customers and strategic partners.
• Represent the firm to potential new investors securing in the process the requisite funding required to meet the firms strategic goals.
• Negotiate and secure customer and supply agreements. Use those to continue to build global channel network.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure the timely implementation and execution of the business and financial plans.
• Enhance the firm's web and market presence and ensure that it possesses the tools necessary to capture marketshare.
• Provide ongoing direction, performance management and developmental support to the executive team. Add management as required.
• Participate as a member of the Board of Directors, providing up-to-date information on the Company's key performance indicators and maintaining a strong relationship with current and potential investors.
• Remain abreast of the industry, competitors and trends with a view to ensuring that all alliance, acquisition and investment opportunities are considered and the most attractive pursued.
Key Performance Deliverables
In light of the identified responsibilities, the following are
specific deliverables that the position is designed to achieve.
• Ensure that a plan is in place. Drive profitability, and achieve agree upon financial targets.
• Develop, expand and implement market plan; confirm strategic direction, including market focus
• Negotiate and secure distribution and customer agreements as per business plan.
• Identify several major customers with whom the company can engage

The following indicates specific industry, academic and functional experience/qualifications that are important to the successful achievement of the identified responsibilities and performance deliverables.
• Proven entrepreneurial experience with appropriate financial, market and business acumen in scaling businesses.
• A driving management style which leverages the strengths of the existing team while stretching and motivating them in attaining breakthrough results.
• Experienced in the test and measurement/instrument industry selling into North OEMs through distribution channels.
• Track record defined in part by an ability to consistently execute on agreed upon objectives.
• Strong sales and marketing orientation marked by a sense of urgency and a demonstrable track record of accelerating growth.
• A highly intelligent, strategically minded executive with superb communication and interpersonal skills and a willingness to roll-up his/her sleeves.
